Despite the perils of a wet and cool spring and summer, the 2023 harvest was magic. Optimal autumn conditions allowed for the grapes to reach perfect ripeness, with balanced acidity and concentrated ripe flavour.

After harvest and a gentle pressing, free-run juice was cold settled, the inoculated with selected yeast. Fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks, then aged for several months on yeast lees prior to bottling.
